I have the experience needed to know neighborhoods, market conditions, and project management.  I have been investing in real estate over 25 years and have been involved in residential sales for 25 years.  I have assisted in land development, variance hearings, construction permitting on large scale commercial projects in many states, tenant representation, shopping center leasing and more.  I have the expertise and track record of success you need in residential and commercial real estate.

Third, financing is critical in any real estate purchase.  I have a BA in Finance and have attended University of St. Thomas in Minnesota and Rollins College's Crummer Graduate School of Business in Orlando while working toward a Master in Business Administration Degree.
