Financing is critical in any real estate purchase.  I have been a licensed mortgage broker for over 20 years, dealing with residential and commercial financing. I have a BA in Finance and have attended University of St. Thomas in Minnesota and Rollins College's Crummer Graduate School of Business in Orlando while working toward a Master in Business Administration Degree.
